摘要
以某餐厨垃圾综合处置项目的沼气脱硫系统工艺选择为例,介绍了三种沼气脱硫技术的原理,并进行对比,由此确定适合项目的技术方案。所优选的碱法生物脱硫技术能够达到后续设备对硫化氢净化的要求,副产物处置难度相对较低,前期建设和运行维护费用相对较低。所做分析为后续沼气脱硫技术在餐厨垃圾项目中的应用提供了参考。
A case study of biogas desulfurization system for a certain kitchen waste comprehensive disposal project as an example,the principles of three types of biogas desulfurization technology were introduced,and the appropriate technical solution for the project was determined by comparison.Alkaline biological desulfurization technology can meet the requirement of subsequent equipment for hydrogen sulfide content,and the disposal difficulty of by-product produced by this technology is relatively low.At the same time,the pre-construction investment and operation and maintenance cost of the technology are relatively low.The research result provided reference for the subsequent application of biogas desulfurization technology in kitchen waste project.
