摘要
文章针对信息时代下班主任管理工作新挑战展开研究,分析信息时代班主任应具备的新能力,即信息化技能、数据分析能力和心理咨询能力,探讨信息时代班主任管理存在的问题,包括教育信息化水平不高、教育资源不均衡和教育评价机制不完善等,最后提出信息时代班主任管理工作创新策略,即加强班级管理工作的信息化建设、推进班主任培训和能力提升以及建立更加科学的教育评价机制。
The article conducts research on the new challenges in the management of off duty homeroom teachers in the information age,analyzes the new abilities that homeroom teachers should be equipped with in the information age,including information technology skills,data analysis abilities,and psychological counseling abilities,and explores the problems and solutions of homeroom teacher management in the information age,including low levels of educational informatization,imbalanced educational resources,and imperfect educational evaluation mechanisms,Finally,suggestions are proposed for developing innovative strategies for class teacher management in the information age,including strengthening the informationization construction of class management work,promoting class teacher training and ability enhancement,and establishing a more scientific educational evaluation mechanism.
