摘要
南京地铁7号线窑晓右线220~431环区间段为全断面灰岩盾构施工断面,由于灰岩强度高、地层含水量大,导致盾构施工过程中出现螺旋机喷涌、出渣含水量大、刀具非正常磨损、施工效率低等问题。针对盾构施工过程出现的问题,有针对性的提出同步注浆、二次注浆、丙烯酸盐配合注入,前盾球阀、盾体超前注浆孔放水等改进措施,整体施工效率较改进前提升约48.1%。相关技术经验可为全断面灰岩盾构施工提供借鉴。
The 220~431 ring section of Yaoxiao Right Line of Nanjing Metro Line 7 is a full section limestone shield construction section.Due to the high strength of limestone and the high water content of the stratum,problems such as auger gushing,high water content of slag tapping,abnormal wear of cutters,and low construction efficiency occur during the shield construction.In view of the problems occurred during the shield construction,targeted improvement measures such as synchronous grouting,secondary grouting,acrylic salt injection,front shield ball valve and water discharge of shield advance grouting hole drainage were proposed,which increased the overall construction efficiency by about 48.1% compared with that before the improvement.Relevant technical experience can provide reference for full section limestone shield construction.
