摘要
目的探讨微创内固定术在膝关节周围复杂骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的60例膝关节周围复杂骨折患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用传统内固定术治疗,观察组采用微创内固定术治疗。比较两组患者的手术相关指标、术后日常生活能力、膝关节功能及并发症发生率。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组ADL评分、膝关节Lyscholm评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论与传统内固定术相比,微创内固定术对膝关节周围复杂骨折患者的创伤较小,可有效改善患者日常生活能力与膝关节功能,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患者康复。
Objective To explore the application effect of minimally invasive fixation in the treatment of complex fractures around the knee joint.Methods 60 patients with complex fractures around the knee joint admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive internal fixation.The operation related indicators,postoperative activities of daily living,knee joint function and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the operation time,fracture healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).1 month after operation,the ADL score and Lyscholm score of knee joint of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 6.67%,lower than 26.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional internal fixation,minimally invasive internal fixation has less traumatic for patients with complex fractures around the knee joint,which can effectively improve patients'daily living ability and knee function,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and promote the recovery of patients.
