摘要
加强中外学术交流,提升学术期刊的国际影响力,既是中国高校文科学报的重要历史使命,同样也是学报发展面临的重大挑战。以2018—2022年5年间3次以上入选“中国最具国际影响力学术期刊”“中国国际影响力优秀学术期刊”的中国高校文科学报为研究对象,对中国高校文科学报国际影响力的现状进行实证分析。研究结果表明,中国高校文科学报具有国际影响力的期刊总体数量较少,学报区域分布不均衡,学报的发展与学校的专业黏度大,与学校的学科发展呈相互支撑态势,网络首发对期刊的传播力正向影响大。为此,提出提升中国高校文科学报国际影响力的路径与对策:加强区域协同发展、建立高校文科学报发展联盟,注重与学校优势学科协调发展、助推优秀学术人才成长,突出中国特色话题、推动学报专业化转型,重视网络首发服务,加强学报网络传播能力建设,突破国际传播的语言瓶颈、加强学报国际传播能力建设。
Strengthening academic exchanges between China and foreign countries and enhancing the international influence of academic journals is not only an important historical mission for Chinese university humanities journals,but also a major challenge for the development of journals in China.Taking Chinese university humanities journals selected like the“Most Internationally Influential Academic Journal in China”and“Excellent International Influential Academic Journal in China”three or more times between 2018 and 2022 as the research object,the study conducts an empirical analysis of the current international influence of Chinese university humanities journals.The research results indicate that the overall number of journals with international influence in Chinese university humanities journals is relatively minimum,and the regional distribution of journals is uneven.The development of journals is highly dependent on the school’s majors,and is mutually supportive of the school’s disciplinary development.The online debut has a significant positive impact on the dissemination of journals.To this end,the path and countermeasures to enhance the international influence of Chinese university humanities journals are proposed:strengthening regional collaborative development,establishing a development alliance among university humanities journals,focusing on coordinated development with advantageous disciplines of the school,promoting the growth of excellent academic talents,highlighting Chinese characteristic topics,promoting the professional transformation of journals,emphasizing online publishing services,strengthening the construction of journal online communication capabilities,breaking through the language bottleneck of international communication and strengthening the construction of international communication capacity of journals.
