摘要
房屋建筑是工程中的一个重要环节,直接关系到施工产品能否通过验收,因此施工人员在施工过程中应加强对房屋质量管理,以延长房屋的使用寿命。为了保证建筑工程施工质量,还需要各方面的协调与配合,并采取相应的管理措施。基于此,文章简单分析了房屋建筑工程质量管理现状,并提出了相应的管理对策,仅供参考。
Housing construction is an important link in engineering,which directly affects the acceptance of construction products.Therefore,construction personnel should strengthen the quality management of the house during the construc-tion process to extend the service life of the house.In order to ensure the quality of construction projects,it is necessary to coordinate and cooperate with all aspects,and take corresponding management measures.Based on this,a brief analysis was conducted on the current situation of quality management in housing construction projects,and corresponding man-agement strategies were proposed for reference only.
