摘要
针对负载转矩扰动引起的永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制性能下降问题,提出一种基于滑模负载转矩观测器的负载转矩前馈补偿控制策略。以转速和负载转矩为观测对象建立负载转矩观测器,实现负载转矩的实时辨识,然后将辨识结果前馈补偿至转矩电流环,从而提高系统控制性能。实验结果表明,观测器能够快速且准确地辨识负载转矩,负载转矩的前馈补偿抑制了负载转矩扰动造成的转速波动且缩短了转速恢复时间,提高了系统的动态性能和鲁棒性。
Aiming at the control performance degradation of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)caused by load torque disturbance,a load torque feed-forward compensation control strategy based on sliding mode load torque observer is proposed.A load torque observer is established with the speed and load torque as observation objects to realize real-time identification of load torque,and then the identification result is feed-forward compensated to the torque current loop,thus improving system control performance.The experimental results show that the observer can quickly and accurately identify the load torque,and the feed-forward compensation of the load torque suppresses the speed fluctuation caused by the load torque disturbance and shortens the speed recovery time,and improves the dynamic performance and robustness of the system.
