CuxO/rGO复合材料的制备及OER性能

摘要 利用氧化石墨烯(GO)的模板作用,通过喷雾热解法制备了Cu2O/rGO,再通过空气氧化处理工艺对铜的价态进行调控,最后得到CuxO/rGO复合材料。使用SEM、XRD、TEM、电化学测试等手段对材料进行表征和测试。结果表明,Cu2O/rGO具备良好的褶皱结构,在空气氛围中氧化处理后Cu+向Cu^(2+)发生转变且褶皱形貌得到保留,并有CuxO颗粒负载在褶皱rGO表面。Cu-0.3-600-300-3的过电位由Cu-0.3-600的581 mV降低至442 mV,Tafel斜率为48.8 mV/dec,此时XPS结果为Cu+/Cu^(2+)=0.41。这是因为rGO和Cu+与Cu^(2+)之间产生协同效应,从而提高催化剂的电化学活性。 Using the template of graphene oxide(GO),the initial sample of Cu2O/rGO was prepared by spray pyrolysis method,and then the valence state of copper was regulated by air oxidation process.Finally,the CuxO/rGO composite was obtained.The materials were characterized and tested by means of SEM,XRD,TEM and electrochemical testing.The results show that the initial sample has a good crumpled structure,and the transformation from Cu+to Cu^(2+)occurs after oxidation treatment in the air atmosphere,and the crumpled morphology is preserved,and CuxO particles are loaded on the crumpled rGO.At this time,Cu+/Cu^(2+)=0.41,the overpotential of Cu-0.3-600-300-3decreases from 581 to 442 mV and the Tafel slope is 48.8 mV/dec,which is due to the synergistic effect between rGO and Cu+and Cu^(2+),which improves the electrochemical activity of the catalyst.
