乡村教育数字化转型的价值取向与实践路向 被引量:56

摘要 乡村教育一直是我国教育的薄弱环节。教育数字化转型将成为乡村教育高质量发展的重要手段。厘清乡村教育数字化转型的内涵及其价值是助推乡村教育发展的重要前提。乡村教育数字化转型的价值体现了数字技术之于乡村教育相关主体需求的满足程度。在国家层面、乡村社会层面以及育人层面,乡村教育数字化转型的价值取向分别显现为推动教育现代化、促进教育公平、促进乡村振兴战略实施以及提升乡村学生素养。乡村教育数字化转型在推进过程中出现教育信息化多阶段并存、主体性缺失以及供需局部错配等现实堵点。乡村教育数字化转型的技术逻辑与育人逻辑有机耦合,有利于明晰乡村教育数字化转型的实践路向。一是实施重点突破,即加快新型基础设施及教育资源更新,创新教学模式以实施智慧教育工程,切实做好乡村教育数字化转型试点,从而驱动乡村教育数字化转型跨越式发展。二是发挥主体作用,即发挥乡村政府部门的引领作用,提升乡村教育主体数字素养,培养乡村首席信息官,从而增强乡村教育数字化转型动力。三是供需精准匹配,即实现优质资源与乡村学校精准匹配,按需推动数字技术与乡村教师精准对接,精准设计区域性乡村学校数字化发展方式,从而高质量实现乡村教育数字化转型。 Rural education has always been the weak link of education in China.Digital transformation of education will become an important tool for high-quality development of rural education.Clarifying the connotation of digital transformation in rural education and its value is an important prerequisite for boosting the development of rural education.The value of digital transformation in rural education reflects the degree of satisfaction of digital technology to the needs of rural education-related subjects.At the national level,the rural society level and the education level,the value orientation of digital transformation in rural education is to promote education modernization and equity,to facilitate the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and to improve the literacy of rural students,respectively.In the process of digital transformation in rural education,there are realistic blockages such as the coexistence of multiple stages of education informatization,the lack of development subjectivity and the local mismatch of development supply and demand.The organic coupling of the technical logic and the nurturing logic of the digital transformation in rural education is conducive to clarifying the practical direction of the digital transformation in rural education.The first is to implement key breakthroughs,accelerate the renewal of new infrastructure and educational resources,innovate teaching models to implement smart education projects,and effectively carry out pilot digital transformation in rural education to drive the digital transformation in rural education to leapfrog development.The second is to play the main role,play the leading role of rural government departments,improve the digital literacy of rural education subjects,and implement the training of rural chief information officer to enhance the momentum of digital transformation in rural education.Thirdly,supply and demand are precisely matched to achieve precise matching of high-quality resources and rural schools,to promote precise matching of technology and rural teachers on demand,and to precisely design regional digital development methods for rural schools,so as to promote high-quality realization of digital transformation in rural education.
