摘要
随着经济的发展,氰化法提金的缺点日益明显,非氰提金顺势重生。文章介绍了非氰提金剂的类型、成分和特点。选取了某品牌非氰提金剂做了应用试验,非氰提金剂一定程度上可替代氰化物,取得了较好的浸出率指标。检测了非氰浸出浸渣的总氰化物含量,经脱水处理后可直接排至危险废物填埋场,节省了浸渣脱氰费用。
With the development of economy,the disadvantages of cyanide extraction of gold are increasingly obvious,and non-cyanide extraction of gold are born.The types,compositions and characteristics of non-cyanide gold extractors were introduced.A brand of non-cyanide gold extractant was selected for application test.The non-cyanide gold extractant can replace cyanide to a certain extent,and a good leaching rate index was obtained.The leaching toxicity of non-cyanide leaching tailings was tested.It can be directly discharged into hazardous waste landfill after dehydration.
