摘要
目的探讨认知护理干预联合共情护理在卵巢囊肿患者术后的应用。方法抽取巨野县人民医院妇科2021年2月至2023年2月接诊的卵巢囊肿手术患者80例,利用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(40例)和实验组(40例)。对照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者接受认知护理联合共情护理,对比两组患者护理前后的主观幸福感、希望水平、疼痛评分。结果两组患者护理前主观幸福感评分、希望水平评分、疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组患者各项评分均改善(P<0.05),且实验组患者主观幸福感和希望水平评分较对照组更高,疼痛评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知护理干预联合共情护理可显著降低卵巢囊肿患者术后的疼痛程度,提高患者主观幸福感,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application of cognitive nursing combined with empathy nursing in postoperative patients with ovarian cysts.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing ovarian cyst surgery in the Gynecology Department of Juye County People’s Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(40 cases)and the experimental group(40 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the experimental group received cognitive nursing combined with empathy nursing.The subjective well-being,hope level,and pain scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of subjective well-being,hope level,and pain before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of both groups improved,and patients in the experimental group had higher subjective well-being and hope level scores and lower pain score than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cognitive nursing intervention combined with empathy nursing can significantly reduce the pain of ovarian cyst patients after surgery and improve their subjective well-being,which is worth promoting.
