摘要
目的通过出院后首访天数、访视次数分析北京市某社区不同户籍产妇产后家庭访视服务的利用情况。方法选取2020年1月1日至2022年12月31日北京某社区卫生服务中心妇幼保健网络信息系统中的2195例产妇数据,按照产妇及配偶的户籍分为本市户籍组(n=1162)、双外组(n=503)、外嫁京组(n=530)。比较三组产后访视的首访天数和访视次数。结果出院后首访天数上,本市户籍组和外嫁京组产妇7 d内完成首访的比例较双外组产妇高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。访视次数上,本市户籍组产妇接受2次以上访视比例最高,外嫁京组次之,双外组产妇最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同户籍产妇产后访视利用情况存在差异,产后家庭访视工作中应进一步加强对外地户籍产妇的管理。
Objective To analyze the utilization status of postpartum home visit service for puerpera with different registered residence in a community in Beijing by the first visit day after discharge and the number of visits.Methods Data of 2195 puerpera from the maternal and child health network information system of a community health service center in Beijing from January 1,2020 to December 31,2022 were selected.According to the registered residence of the puerpera and their spouses,puerpera were divided into group 1(both the puerpera and their spouses were with registered residence in this city group,n=1162),group 2(both the puerpera and their spouses were without registered residence in this city group,n=503)and group 3(the puerpera were without and their spouses were with registered residence in this city,n=530).The first visit day after discharge and number of postpartum visits among three groups were compared.Results In terms of the first visit day after discharge,the proportion of puerpera who received the first visit within 7 days of group 1 and 3 were higher than that of group 2,the proportion of puerpera who received visits more than twice was the highest in group 1,followed by group 2,and the proportion in group 3 was the lowest,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences in the receiving of postpartum visits among puerpera with different registered residence.The work of postpartum home visits for puerpera with registered residence in other places should be strengthened.
