摘要
基于我国经济发展要求畜牧业持续优化转型升级的同时,生物科技水平也拥有更高的技术含量。国内针对动物疫病防控的相关检测技术不断创新与发展,动物疫病的种类却日益繁杂,动物疫情形势不容乐观。在动物疫病防控中应用抗体检测技术,有利于更科学、高效、标准化地开展相关工作,建立健全系统化的动物疫病防控体系,推动我国畜牧业朝着更高质量方向发展。相关部门工作人员要加大对抗体检测技术的重视及利用,进一步研究、实践以提升检测水平,为动物疫病的高效防控提供技术保障。该文阐述抗体检验技术的功能、分类和主要方法,旨在为进一步推动抗体技术在动物疫病防控中的科学应用提供借鉴。
Based on the economic development requires the livestock husbandry to optimize the transformation and upgrading,the level of biotechnology also has a higher technical content.In China,relevant detection technologies for animal disease prevention and control continue to innovate and develop,but the types of animal diseases are increasingly complex,and the animal epidemic situation is not optimistic.The application of antibody detection technology in the prevention and control of animal epidemics will help to carry out relevant work in a more scientific,efficient and standardized way,establish and improve a systematic system for the prevention and control of animal epidemics,and promote the development of animal husbandry in the direction of higher quality.The staff of relevant departments should pay more attention to and utilize the antibody detection technology,and further study and practice to improve the detection level,so as to provide technical support for the eficient prevention and control of animal diseases.In this paper,the function,classification and main methods of antibody detection technology were described in order to provide reference for further scientific application of antibody technology in animal disease prevention and control.
