摘要
该文主要以西藏牦牛巴氏杆菌病血清流行病学调查为重点进行阐述,首先分析巴氏杆菌病流行病学调查的基本情况,其次介绍牦牛巴氏杆菌病的诊断要点,最后从科学化养殖,对患病牛实施隔离的操作、消毒杀菌、加强养殖场管理、监督病情产生、制定诊治计划、提高养殖效益等几方面论述西藏地区牦牛巴氏杆菌病的防治措施。
This paper focuses on the serological investigation of pasteurellosis in Tibetan yaks.Firstly,the basic situation of the epidemiological investigation of pasteurellosis in Tibet yaks is analyzed.Secondly,the main points of diagnosis of pasteurellosis in yaks are introduced.The prevention and treatment measures of pasteurellosis in yaks in Tibet region were discussed in detail from the following aspects:prevention and control of diseases by vaccination,monitoring of diseases,reducing the harm of diseases,making diagnosis and treatment plans and improving breeding efficiency.
