甲基丙烯酸改性酚胺醛树脂破乳剂的制备与评价

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和酚胺醛树脂为原料,在对甲苯磺酸催化剂条件下,采用先聚合后酯化的无溶剂一步合成法,合成一类新型高相对分子质量的甲基丙烯酸改性酚胺醛树脂型原油破乳剂(LHD系列破乳剂)。通过凝胶色谱法测量其相对分子质量,并分析LHD系列破乳剂的相关活度系数(RSN值)、水数、浊点及亲水亲油平衡值(HLB值),通过表面张力仪考察破乳剂降低表面张力的能力。结果表明,m(MAA)∶m(破乳剂基础物)=8%时的破乳剂LHD-3破乳效果最佳,改性后相对分子质量较大,HLB值与RSN值呈线性变化,LHD-3的RSN值为13.3,水数为8.81,浊点为19.4℃,HLB值为12.1792,且改性后破乳剂均能使水溶液表面张力降至约32 mN/m。 A new type of high molecular weight LHD crude oil emulsion breaker was synthesized by a solvent-free one-step synthesis method using methacrylic acid and phenolamine aldehyde resin as raw materials under the condition of p-toluenesulfonic acid catalyst,followed by polymerization and esterification.The relative molecular weight was measured by gel chromatography,and the RSN,water number,cloud point and HLB of LHD series emulsion breakers were analyzed.The solution properties of the emulsion breakers were investigated by surface tension meter.The results showed that the emulsion breaker LHD-3 with 8%input of methacrylic acid had the best emulsion breaking effect,the molecular weight was larger after modification,the HLB value and RSN value were linear,the RSN value of LHD-3 was 13.3,the water number was 8.81,the cloud point was 19.4℃,and the HLB value was 12.1792,and all the modified emulsion breakers could reduce the surface tension of aqueous solution to about 32 mN/m.
