摘要
针对分布式光伏高渗透率接入配电网后引起的节点电压越限问题,提出一种基于集群划分的储能调压控制策略。该策略包含配电网集群划分和分布式储能调压控制策略两部分。首先,通过改进的模块度指标对配电网进行集群划分;然后,在计及储能功率与荷电状态(SOC)的前提下,构建储能优化调压数学模型,根据越限电压的节点所在集群所需总功率对集群内储能进行分配,确定分布式储能运行收益最大时的储能时序动作功率;最后,分析不同方案下电压的波动性、配电网网损和储能运行经济性。通过两种方案对比表明,所提策略对应的方案不仅有效控制了节点电压、减少了网损,而且取得了良好的经济性。
Aiming at the problem of node voltage overlimit caused by high penetration of distributed photovoltaics connected to the distribution network,a voltage regulation strategy for energy storage based on cluster partition is proposed.The strategy includes distribution network cluster partition and voltage regulation strategy for distributed energy storage.First,the distribution network is divided into clusters through the improved modularity index.Then,on the premise of considering the energy storage power and state of charge(SOC),the mathematical model of energy storage optimized voltage regulation is constructed.The energy storage in the cluster is allocated according to the total power required by the cluster where the node voltage exceeds the limit,to determine the energy storage timing-action-power when the operation benefit of distributed energy storage is the largest.Finally,the voltage fluctuation,distribution network loss and energy storage operation economy under different schemes are analyzed.The comparison between the two schemes shows that the corresponding scheme of the proposed strategy not only effectively controls the node voltage and reduces network loss,but also achieves good economy.
