摘要
结合某火电厂2×1000 MW热电联产机组因尿素污染水汽系统而停机的案例,介绍了尿素污染对水汽氢电导率、pH、电导率等在线监测指标的影响;应用离子色谱、总有机碳、总氮等仪器对水样进行离线检测,分析确定了污染物及其来源;对尿素穿透锅炉补给水处理系统、污染机组锅炉补给水的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的防范措施。
Based on the case of a 2x1000 MW cogeneration unit shutdown due to urea pollution of steam-water system in a thermal power plant,the influence of urea pollution on steam-water hydrogen conductivity,pH,conductivity and other on-line monitoring indexes is introduced.Ion chromatography,total organic carbon(TOC),total nitrogen and other instruments are used for off-line detection of water samples to analyze and determine pollutants and their sources.The causes of urea penetrating the boiler make-up water treatment system and polluting the boiler make-up water of the units are analyzed,and the relevant preventive measures are put forward.
