摘要
针对太阳能光伏组件盖板玻璃等户外玻璃在使用中容易被灰尘污染,造成产品性能下降或损伤的问题,利用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃表面制备了二氧化硅透明疏水自清洁涂层,研究其透过率、反射率、疏水性及除尘性能。研究结果表明,涂层具有优良的透光性和减反射效果,在可见光范围内透过率接近90%,涂层玻璃的反射率低于空白玻璃。通过水滴冲洗、机械振动、干燥空气流三种方法可将涂层玻璃表面的灰尘清除干净,三种方法分别模拟自然环境中的雨水、振动和风吹条件。与空白玻璃相比,涂层玻璃表面的灰尘更容易被清除干净,且残留灰尘少。这主要得益于涂层表面优良的疏水性能和粗糙结构。这种自清洁涂层适用于大面积玻璃,且操作简单、成本低,可有效减少户外玻璃的清洗次数和成本,具有环保效益、经济意义和应用前景。
Outdoor glasses such as glass panels in solar cells are easily contaminated by dust,resulting in the performance degradation of the products or device damage.Transparent hydrophobic self-cleaning silica coatings on glasses are prepared by sol-gel method.Transmittance,reflectance,hydrophobicity,and dust detachment performance of the coatings are studied.The results show that the coatings have excellent light transmittance and antireflection effect.The transmittance is close to 90%in the visible light range,and the reflectance of the coated glass is lower than that of the bare glass.Dust on the surface of coated glass can be removed by water drop washing,mechanical vibration,and dry air stream.These three methods simulate the rain,vibration,and wind in the natural environment,respectively.Compared with bare glass,the dust on the surface of coated glass is easier to be removed,and there is less residual dust,which is mainly due to the excellent hydrophobic performance and rough structure of the coating.Self-cleaning coatings are suitable for large-area glass,and have the advantages of simple operation and low cost.It can effectively reduce the times and cost of cleaning of outdoor glasses,providing environmental protection benefits,economic significance,and application prospects.
