摘要
以Usibor2000/Usibor2000/HSLA260GI焊接组合为研究对象,对2GPa热成形钢电阻点焊接头显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着焊接时间的增加,熔核直径和热影响区宽度逐渐增加,熔核内部缺陷逐渐减小,但显微组织基本一致,由熔核区至母材,显微组织依次为马氏体、马氏体、马氏体、马氏体+铁素体、回火马氏体、马氏体。其中热影响区存在明显软化。拉伸实验表明,随着焊接时间的增加,接头剪切拉伸最大力逐渐增加,十字拉伸最大力基本不变。
Taking Usibor2000/Usibor2000/HSLA260GI as the research object,the effects of welding time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2 GPa hot-formed steel spot resistance spot welded joints were studied.The results show that with the increase of welding time,the diameter of FZ(Fusion Zone)and the width of HAZ(Heat Affected Zone)gradually increase,the macro-cavity size in FZ gradually decreases.But,the microstructure basically remains unchanged.From FZ to BM(Base Material),the microstructures are successively M,M,M,M+F,tempered M and M.There is a softening zone at the HAZ.The tensile test results demonstrate that the maximum force of shear tensile increases gradually with the increase of welding time,while the maximum force of cross tensile basically remains unchanged.
