摘要
“课程思政”强调多学科协同育人,通过挖掘课程的思政元素,实现知识传授、价值引领与能力培养的“三位一体”,完成“教书”与“育人”的历史使命。大学生心理资本的建设是培养全面发展的创新型人才的现实需要,是增强思想政治教育针对性和实效性的有效手段。从教育宗旨、学生成长以及现实意义来看,“课程思政”与心理资本是相互融合、相得益彰的。因此,在“课程思政”的实践中,以大学生独特复杂的心理结构为基础,开发建设以希望、乐观、自我效能感和心理韧性为核心的心理资本,必将增强“课程思政”的吸引力和教育效果。
“Curriculumideology and politics”emphasizes the collaborative education of multiple disciplines.By exploring the ideolog-ical and political elements of the curriculum,the integration of knowledge transmission,value guidance,and ability cultivation is achieved,meanwhile,the historical mission of“teaching”and“educating”is completed.The construction of psychological capital for college students is a practical need to cultivate innovative talents with comprehensive development,and a means to enhance the perti-nence and effectiveness of ideological and political education.Fromthe perspective of educational objectives,student growth,and prac-tical significance,“curriculumideology and politics”and psychological capital are mutually integrated and complementary.Therefore,in the practice of“curriculum ideology and politics”,based on the unique and complex psychological structure of college students,the development and construction of psychological capital with hope,optimism,self-efficacy and psychological resilience as the core will certainly enhance the attraction and educational effect of“curriculumideology and politics”
