摘要
目的分析扁平疣采用自拟黄芪消疣汤内服联合维A酸乳膏外用的疗效。方法96例扁平疣患者,根据时间先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组患者实施维A酸乳膏外用治疗,观察组患者采用自拟黄芪消疣汤内服联合维A酸乳膏外用治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群水平、不良反应发生情况及对治疗的满意度。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.92%,明显高于对照组患者的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组患者的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平分别为(57.17±4.95)%、(33.92±5.83)%、(0.85±0.21),对照组患者分别为(57.14±4.97)%、(33.78±5.76)%、(0.86±0.22);治疗后,观察组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平分别为(64.63±4.68)%、(40.16±4.33)%、(1.53±0.14),对照组患者分别为(60.54±4.29)%、(37.22±4.51)%、(1.29±0.37)。治疗前,两组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率4.17%与对照组患者的6.25%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者对治疗的满意度评分(95.62±3.66)分明显高于对照组的(83.22±4.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扁平疣患者选择自拟黄芪消疣汤内服联合维A酸乳膏外用治疗的效果较为理想,可以加速患者恢复,同时可改善其T淋巴细胞亚群水平,不良反应发生率较低,安全性较高。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of self-made Huangqi Xiaoyou Decoction combined with tretinoin cream on the treatment of flat wart.Methods A total of 96 patients with flat wart were divided into observation group and control group according to time sequence,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tretinoin cream,and the observation group was treated with self-made Huangqi Xiaoyou Decoction and tretinoin cream.The therapeutic effect,T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment,occurrence of adverse reactions,and satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 97.92%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were(57.17±4.95)%,(33.92±5.83)%and(0.85±0.21)in the observation group,and(57.14±4.97)%,(33.78±5.76)%and(0.86±0.22)in the control group.After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were(64.63±4.68)%and(40.16±4.33)%and(1.53±0.14)in the observation group,and(60.54±4.29)%,(37.22±4.51)%and(1.29±0.37)in the control group.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.17%,which was not statistically significant compared with 6.25%in the control group(P>0.05).The satisfaction score of(95.62±3.66)points in the observation group was significantly higher than that of(83.22±4.18)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Huangqi Xiaoyou Decoction combined with tretinoin cream has ideal effect on patients with flat wart,which can accelerate recovery and improve the level of their T-lymphocyte subset with low adverse reactions and high safety.
