摘要
大尺寸结构件变形的准确测量是保障其加工精度的重要手段。本文采用结构光扫描方式对大尺寸结构件表面进行扫描,通过点云数据处理分析评价平面度指标,并采用坐标测量方式进行试验验证。试验表明:两种方法的测得值具有一致性。同时,基于坐标点数据,进行大尺寸结构件表面平面度的不确定度分析。结果表明:采用高精度坐标测量机测量大尺寸结构件(尺寸达到1000mm)平面度的测量不确定度优于0.01mm。
The accurate measurement of deformation of large-size structural parts is an important means to ensure the machining accuracy.In this paper,the structural light scanning method is used to scan the surface of large structural parts,the flatness index is analyzed and evaluated by point cloud data processing,and the coordinate measurement method is used for test verification.The test shows that the measured values of the two methods are consistent.At the same time,based on the data of coordinate points,the uncertainty analysis of surface flatness of large-size structural components is carried out.The results show that the uncertainty of flatness of large-size structural components(size up to 1000mm)measured by high-precision coordinate measuring machine is better than 0.01mm.
