摘要
间隙式湿膜制备器通常用于制备测定涂料性能的试板,可利用其规格不同的表面刻有不同深度的间隙,涂布一定厚度的漆膜,检测涂料产品的耐洗刷性、干燥时间和透水性等技术指标。本文对JJF(石化)053-2021《间隙式湿膜制备器校准规范》的适用范围、计量特性、计量器具和校准方法,进行相关解读。
Gap wet film preparator is usually used to prepare test plates for measuring coating properties.It can be used to apply paint film of a certain thickness with different gaps carved on surfaces of different specifications to de-tect technical indicators such as wash resistance,drying time and water permeability of coating products.The scope of application,measurement characteristics,measuring instruments and calibration methods of JJF(Petrochemical)053-2021"Calibration Specification for Gap Wet Film Preparators"are interpreted in this paper.
