摘要
根据半导体制冷式中空玻璃露点仪的工作原理和中空玻璃露点试验的要求,设计了半导体制冷式中空玻璃露点仪的校准方法,并对影响测量不确定度的因素进行分析和评定,为该类计量器具的校准提供参考。
The calibration method is studied and designed for insulating glass dew point analyzer with TEC(Ther-moelectric Cooler),based on the working principle of insulating glass dew point analyzer with TEC and the test re-quirements of insulating glass unit,the influence factors of uncertainty of measurement are analyzed,this work pro-vides reference for calibration of insulating glass dew point analyzer with TEC.
