摘要 本文针对传统数字信号测频在测量精度与实时性等方面的问题,设计一种基于DSP TMS320F28335硬件的数字信号频率测量系统。利用DSP中eCAP模块的连续捕获功能进行脉冲捕获,并在捕获中断内利用测周法实时计算频率值;针对较高的频率采用分频段测频法,进一步减小测量的随机误差及测量时间。实验结果表明:该方案在(0.1~200)Hz的脉冲信号测频应用时,精度可达0.001%,且测量时间≤10s。 In this paper,a digital signal frequency measurement system based on DSP TMS320F28335 is designed to solve the problems of traditional digital signal frequency measurement in measurement accuracy and real-time.The continuous capture function of eCAP module in DSP is used for pulse capture,and the frequency value is calculated in real time by the circumferential method in the capture interrupt.In order to reduce the random error and measuring time,a frequency measurement method in segments is adopted for higher frequency.The experimen-tal results show that the accuracy of this scheme can reach 0.001%and the measuring time is less than 10s when the frequency measurement of(0.1~200)Hz pulse signal is applied.
