摘要
为解决现有的快速筛查型酒精检测仪辅助校准装置存在的问题,本文通过设计圆弧形结构的新型辅助校准装置,实现对各种直径的快筛仪的校准;抽拉式的后座可平稳放置各种长度的快筛仪;带刻度的滑槽可实现两个滑块固定距离(0~15)cm的调整;滑块按压设计,可实现快筛仪稳固测试。该装置能保障快筛仪校准工作的开展和提高校准效率。
In order to solve the problems existing in the auxiliary calibration device of the rapid screening alcohol detector,this paper designs a new auxiliary calibration device with circular structure,and realizes the calibration of various diameters of the fast screening instrument.The pull-out back seat can be used to place the fast screen of various lengths smoothly;The graduated chute can adjust the fixed distance of two sliders(0~15)cm;The sliding block pressing design can realize the fast screen stability test.The device can ensure the calibration work of the fast screen and improve the calibration efficiency.
