摘要
鼓粉盒是办公设备打印机、复印机的重要组成部件,由于其型号多、来料广、结构复杂等特点,造成限用物质管控存在一定的难度。本文通过收集珠海及周边省市生产的多批次鼓粉盒,对中国RoHS2.0限用物质进行比对测试分析。结果表明:鼓粉盒RoHS限用物质的不合格发现率为57.14%,超标主要集中于金属部件镉(Cd)和铅(Pb)及塑料部件多溴联苯(PBBs)和多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)。
Toner cartridge is an important component of office equipment printer and copier.Due to its many mod-els,a wide range of incoming materials,complex structure and other characteristics,it is difficult to control the limited substances.In this paper,by collecting many batches of toner cartridges produced in ZHUHAI and the sur-rounding provinces and cities,the limited substances of RoHS2.0 in China were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the unqualified detection rate of RoHS restricted substances for toner cartridges was 57.14%.Cadmium(Cd)and lead(Pb)in metal parts and polybrominated biphenyls(PBBs)and polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)in plastic parts were the main substances that exceeded the limit.
