摘要
“三调”成果是国土空间规划现状的基础数据,“三调”地类与国土空间规划地类转换是国土空间规划编制的重要环节,也是合理确定国土空间规划各项规划指标的基础。本文从分类标准差异入手,根据不同的地类含义,建立了“三调”地类与国土空间用地用海地类之间对应关系,分析了地类转换过程中的难点,提出了“以直接转换法为主,间接转换法为辅,外业调查法为补充”转换思路,并结合具体实践,充分论证了该方法的可行性,为后续“用地用海分类”使用及成果转换积累相关经验。
The results of the "The Third National Land Survey" are the basic data for the current situation of national spatial planning.The conversion of land types between the "The Third National Land Survey" and national spatial planning is an important link in the compilation of national spatial planning,and it is also the basis for reasonably determining various planning indicators of national spatial planning.This article starts with the differences in classification standards and establishes the corresponding relationship between the "The Third National Land Survey" land category and the Haitian land category for national spatial use based on different land category meanings.It analyzes the difficulties in the process of land category conversion and proposes a transformation idea of "direct conversion method as the main method,indirect conversion method as the auxiliary method,and field survey method as the supplement".Combined with specific practice,the feasibility of this method is fully demonstrated,Accumulate relevant experience for the subsequent use and conversion of land and sea classification results.
