内质网相关降解蛋白Derlin-1和配对盒2在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及与患者临床特征的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨内质网相关降解蛋白Derlin-1和配对盒2(PAX2)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及与患者临床特征的关系.方法 选取80例子宫内膜癌患者和80例子宫肌瘤患者,取其子宫内膜癌组织和正常子宫内膜组织,免疫组化法检测Derlin-1、PAX2蛋白的表达情况,并比较不同临床特征子宫内膜癌患者子宫内膜癌组织中Derlin-1、PAX2蛋白的表达情况.Derlin-1蛋白阳性表达的影响因素采用多因素Logistic回归分析.结果 子宫内膜癌组织中Derlin-1、PAX2蛋白阳性表达率均明显高于正常子宫内膜组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01).国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、分化程度为中低分化、淋巴结转移子宫内膜癌患者子宫内膜癌组织中Derlin-1阳性表达率分别高于FIGO分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、分化程度为高分化、无淋巴结转移的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,FIGO分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、分化程度为中低分化、淋巴结转移均为Derlin-1蛋白阳性表达的独立危险因素(P﹤0.05).结论 Derlin-1、PAX2在子宫内膜癌组织中高表达,且Derlin-1的表达与子宫内膜癌患者FIGO分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况有关. Objective To investigate the expression of endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation protein Derlin-1 and paired box 2(PAX2)in endometrial cancer tissues and their relationship with the clinical characteristics of patients.Method A total of 80 patients with endometrial cancer and 80 patients with uterine fibroids were selected.The endometrial cancer tissues and normal endometrial tissues were taken,and the expression of Derlin-1 and PAX2 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry assay.The expression of Derlin-1 and PAX2 proteins in endometrial cancer tissues with different clinical characteristics were compared.The risk factors of positive expression of Derlin-1 protein were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Result The positive expression rates of Derlin-1 and PAX2 protein in endometrial cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal endometrial tissue,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of Derlin-1 in endometrial cancer tissues with International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)stage III-IV,low and medium differentiation,and lymph node metastasis were higher than those in patients with FIGO stage I-II,highly differentiated and without lymph node metastasis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that FIGO stage III-IV,low and medium differentiation,lymph node metastasis were all independent risk factors of positive expression of Derlin-1 protein(P<0.05).Conclusion Derlin-1 and PAX2 were up-regulation in endometrial cancer tissues,and expression of Derlin-1 was related to FIGO stage,differentiation degree,and lymph node metastasis in endometrial cancer patients.
