光电系统二维伺服转塔超薄壁回转轴系运动误差分析

摘要 研究了伺服转塔超薄壁回转轴系运动误差形式,其对光电系统光轴指向误差的传递过程影响,影响光轴指向精度的主要运动误差项,误差角的计算分析。分析了大口径超薄壁轴承的结构特征和影响运动误差的关键因素,提出了关键零件结构特征的控制措施和基于测量值的轴系晃动误差交叉补偿的方法。 The motion error form of the ultra-thin wall rotary shaft system in the servo turret,the influence of optical axis pointing error transmission process on the photoelectric system,the main motion error terms affecting the accuracy of optical axis pointing,and the calculation and analysis of the error angle are studied.The structural characteristics of the large diameter ultra-thin wall bearing and the key factors affecting the motion error are analyzed.The controlling measures for the structural features of the crucial parts and the cross compensation method for shaking error of shafting system based on measurements are proposed.
