摘要
为研究萌发期和苗期糯玉米对低温胁迫的生理响应机制,研究选取20份黑龙江省常用糯玉米自交系为试验材料,探讨低温胁迫(5℃)造成玉米发芽进程、幼苗生长、生物量积累及生理响应差异的机制。结果表明:低温会显著降低糯玉米种子萌发率,抑制幼苗生长和生物量的积累,提高保护酶活性,增加渗透调节物质含量及提高膜脂过氧化水平,降低叶片叶绿素含量及根系活力。
To study the mechanism in physiological response of waxy maize to low temperature stress during germination stage and seedling stage,in this study,20 inbred lines of commonly waxy maize in Heilongjiang province were selected as experimental material to explore the mechanism in germination process,seedling growth,biomass accumulation and physiological response of maize caused by low temperature stress at 5℃.The results showed that:low temperature could significantly reduce the germination rate of waxy maize seeds,inhibit seedling growth and biomass accumulation,improve the activity of protective enzymes,increase the content of osmotic adjustment substances,increase the level of membrane lipid peroxidation,reduce leaf chlorophyll content and root activity.
