摘要
智慧水利系统紧紧围绕水害、水资源、水环境治理、水生态环境等问题,把握水灾、旱灾、水工程安全运营、水建设工程施工、水资源开发运用、城乡供水、节约用水、湖河土壤侵蚀等九个业务的综合信息,灵活运用数智化技术全方位支撑智慧水利平台系统工程项目的建设,搭建了监控种类丰富、监控方式多样、信息传送平稳、操纵可靠的智慧水利平台系统。文中分析了智慧水利平台的建设现状,介绍了智慧水利平台的技术架构和主要模块功能结构,以及智慧水利平台系统的实现。
The smart water system focuses closely on issues such as water disasters,water resources,water environmental governance,and water ecological environment.By grasping the comprehensive information of nine businesses,including water disasters,drought disasters,safe operation of water projects,construction of water engineering projects,development and utilization of water resources,urban and rural water supply,water conservation,and lake and river soil erosion,the smart water platform system engineering project is supported comprehensively using digital technology.A smart water platform system with rich monitoring types,diverse monitoring methods,smooth information transmission,and reliable operation is built.This paper analyzes the current status of smart water platform construction,introduces the technical architecture and main module functions of the smart water platform,as well as the implementation of the smart water platform system.
