摘要
随着纳米技术的飞速发展,纳米级别的机器人也更多的应用到外科手术领域。纳米机器人由于其微纳级的体积、可智能化操作和对人体内的创伤小等优点,常常作为纳米载体,携带抗肿瘤药物深入病灶部位进行治疗。本文结合靶向治疗的各种方法,对使用纳米机器人携带药物治疗恶性肿瘤展开深入的研究与探讨,介绍了纳米机器人靶向治疗的基本原理,分析了靶向治疗相比于传统疗法的优势与缺陷,并做出了总结和对未来提出了可行的展望。
With the rapid development of nanotechnology,nanoscale robots are more widely used in the field of surgery.Nanorobots are often used as nanocarriers to carry anti-tumor drugs deep into the lesion for treatment due to their micro-nano size,intelligent operation and small trauma to the human body.Combined with various methods of targeted therapy,this paper carries out in-depth research and discussion on the use of nanorobots to carry drugs in the treatment of malignant tumors,introduces the basic principle of nanorobots targeted therapy,analyzes the advantages and defects of targeted therapy compared with traditional therapy,and makes a summary and puts forward feasible prospects for the future.
