摘要
当前绿色环保理念已经进入人们生产生活的方方面面,延伸到油气储运领域,对油气管道施工工作提出了新的要求。油气储运对环保的影响较大,其管道施工也和环保工作密切相关。管道施工建设时期就应考虑到未来长期使用阶段形成的环境效应,尽量减少给环境带来的负面影响。下文基于绿色环保理念,探讨油气管道施工技术,提高油气储运工程的环保效益。
At present,the concept of green environmental protection has entered every aspect of people's production and life,extended to the field of oil and gas storage and transportation,and put forward new requirements for oil and gas pipeline construction.Oil and gas storage and transportation has a great impact on environmental protection,and its pipeline construction is closely related to environmental protection work.Pipeline construction should take into account the future long-term use stage of the environmental effect,as far as possible to reduce the negative impact on the environment.Based on the concept of green environmental protection,the following paper discusses the construction technology of oil and gas pipeline to improve the environmental benefits of oil and gas storage and transportation projects.
