摘要
通过分析当前大坝安全监测系统存在的问题,指出了基于SaaS(软件即服务)的大坝安全在线监控系统建设的必要性。在需求分析基础上进行了系统功能设计及研发,系统在多座水电站进行了推广应用,开创了基于工程安全大数据的服务新模式,提升了水库大坝安全管理水平。
By analyzing the problems existed in current dam safety monitoring system,this paper puts forward the necessity of building an online dam safety monitoring system based on software as a service.Based on demand analysis,the system function design and R&D were carried out.The system was popularized and applied to many hydropower stations,which created a new service mode based on safety big data,and improved the level of safety management of reservoir dams.
