摘要
通过对某型汽车手柄零件工艺规程设计过程的研究探讨,解决该零部件在生产制造过程中,存在的精度较高,批量较大等制约生产过程顺利实施的关键工艺环节中的问题,详细探讨了传统的机械制造技术中涉及工艺规程制订的相关符合生产实践要求的工艺原则问题,并结合生产实际状况,通过定量的计算分析示例,对工艺流程进行相关的参数化完善,确保手柄制造过程有效可靠,形成相对完整的并有针对性的手柄零件的制造过程总结,同时根据工艺流程制造出符合工艺规范及质量控制标准的合格产品,并为相关类型产品的机械加工工艺的制订提出合理的解决方案参考。
Through the research and discussion on the process planning design process of a certain type of automobile handle part,the problems in the key process links that restrict the smooth implementation of the production process,such as the high precision and large batch of the parts in the production and manufacturing process,are solved.The process principles related to the process planning formulation in the traditional mechanical manufacturing technology that meet the requirements of production practice are discussed in detail,and combined with the actual production situation,Through quantitative calculation and analysis examples,the relevant parameterization of the process flow is improved to ensure that the manufacturing process of the handle is effective and reliable,forming a relatively complete and targeted summary of the manufacturing process of the handle parts.At the same time,qualified products that meet the process specifications and quality control standards are manufactured according to the process flow,and a reasonable solution reference is proposed for the formulation of the machining process of related types of products.
