摘要
为促进物流行业的快速发展,文章开展了云服务模式下物流法律法规的完善策略分析研究。在明确物流云服务模式供应链和生命周期的基础上,针对当前物流法律法规存在的缺乏系统性与协调性、物流代理人法律规定模糊、物流活动有关法律制度不健全、物流标准不统一等问题,提出了建立和完善现代物流体系、强化物流活动的法律监管制度、制定统一的物流管理标准等策略,以期为促进物流云服务的可持续发展提供借鉴。
In order to promote the rapid development of the logistics industry,the paper conducted a strategic analysis and research on improving logistics laws and regulations under the cloud service model.On the basis of clarifying the supply chain and life cycle of the logistics cloud service model,the paper proposes to establish and improve the modern logistics system,and strengthen the legal supervision system for logistics activities in response to the current problems,including lack of systematization and coordination of logistics laws and regulations,vague legal provisions for logistics agents,incomplete legal systems related to logistics activities,and inconsistent logistics standards.The paper also proposes to formulate unified logistics management standards and other improvement strategies to provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of logistics cloud services.
