摘要
一种高水头带调压阀的混流式水轮发电机组机械过速保护装置,成功运用于绿水河发电厂二级站2号机组。在机组出现过速时机械过速保护装置动作,实现机组主接力器关闭同时调压阀开启的联动保护功能,满足调保计算对机组钢管水压上升率的要求,保护机组设备不因过压、过速而损坏。
A mechanical over-speed protection device for Mixed Flow Turbine Generator Unit with high head and pressure regulating valve has been successfully applied to Unit 2 of the Second Stage Station of Lushuihe Power Plant.The mechanical over-speed protection device acts when the unit overspeed,realizing the linkage protection function of closing the main relay and opening the pressure regulating valve of the unit,satisfying the requirement of regulation calculation on the rise rate of water pressure of the unit steel pipe,and protecting the unit equipment from damage due to over-pressure and over-speed.
