摘要
分析了以礼河发电厂三级电站冲击式卧式水轮发电机轴承润滑油系统的结构组成、工作原理和实际运行要求,强调了流量开关故障的危害,同时结合热导式流量开关和挡板式流量开关工作原理及其优缺点,并参照各流量开关安装技术要求,针对现阶段运行中轴承润滑油中断监测存在的几个问题,提出相应的处理方法并进行试验验证,以供参考。
The structure,working principle and actual operation requirements of bearing lubricating oil system of impact horizontal turbine generator in Yiliihe Power Plant are analyzed,and the hazards of flow switch failure are emphasized.At the same time,according to the working principle,advantages and disadvantages of the thermal conductive flow switch and baffle flow switch,and referring to the installation technical requirements of each flow switch,the corresponding treatment methods are put forward and tested for several problems existing in the interruption monitoring of bearing lubricant in current operation.
