摘要 探讨中华文化对外传播策略,可以借鉴其他国家成功的民族文化对外传播范式。本研究甄选美国、英国、法国、德国、西班牙、日本、韩国、墨西哥、阿根廷九个国家,根据其文化背景、对外文化交流政策、传播路径和文化影响力,将其分别归为文化超级大国、传统文化强国、杂糅文化国、新兴文化国、特色文化国,分析它们助推民族文化走出去的范式,提炼其民族文化输出的国际经验,为中华文化更好地走向世界提供参考,以促进中外文化交流、实现中西文明互鉴。 Successful paradigms of the ethnic culture in other countries can be used for reference when exploring strategies for the dissemination of Chinese culture.This paper selects nine countries such as the United States,the United Kingdom,France,Germany,Spain,Japan,South Korea,Mexico,and Argentina,and classifies them as cultural superpowers,countries with strong traditional cultures,countries with mixed cultures,countries with new forms of popular culture,and countries with special cultural charm based on their cultural backgrounds,foreign cultural exchange policies,dissemination paths,and cultural impacts.It analyzes their paradigms of promoting national culture abroad and refines their international strategies of national cultural promotion with a view to providing references for Chinese culture going global by facilitating cultural exchanges between China and other countries for mutual appreciation between Chinese and Western civilizations.
