石墨烯复合橡胶改性沥青SUP-13级配优化设计与路用性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 在保证SUP-13级配特征的基础上,参照SMA设计VCA_(mix)≤VCADRC骨架判定标准,对不同级配SUP-13石墨烯复合橡胶改性沥青混合料的路用性能进行研究,试验结果表明:连续密级配SUP-13混合料中胶粉存在干涉影响,碾压后出现轻微光面、油膜较多现象,抗车辙及抗滑性能存在明显不足;半间断SUP-13-B、SUP-13-C动稳定度分别提高27.94%、32.17%,抗剪强度分别提高20.18%、28.44%,构造深度分别提高10.42%、14.58%,摩擦系数分别提高11.15%、12.74%,且低温抗裂性及水稳定性略有降低;半间断SUP-13-B的综合路用性能指标相对均衡,兼顾了半间断SUP-13与石墨烯复合橡胶改性沥青组合优势,符合河西走廊西端沥青路面功能需求。 based on ensuring the gradation characteristics of SUP-13,and referring to the SMA designed VCA_(mix)≤VCADRC skeleton judgment standard,we studied the road performance of different gradation SUP-13 graphene composite rubber modified asphalt mixtures.The test results show that the rubber powder in the continuous dense gradation SUP-13 mixture imposed interference effects,showing slight smooth surface and more oil film after rolling;the anti-rutting and anti-slip performance were significantly insufficient;the dynamic stability of semi gap-graded SUP-13-B and SUP-13-C increased by 27.94%and 32.17%,the shear strength increased by 20.18%and 28.44%,the structural depth increased by 10.42%and 14.58%,the friction coefficient increased by 11.15%and 12.74%respectively,and the low-temperature crack resistance and water stability slightly decreased;the comprehensive road performance indicators of semi gap-graded SUP-13-B are relatively balanced,taking the advantages of the combination of semi gap-graded SUP-13 and graphene composite rubber modified asphalt into consideration,and meeting the functional requirements of asphalt pavement at the western end of the Hexi Corridor.
