摘要
随着云南省高速公路快速规划及建设,出现了各类特殊地质条件下的隧道施工,其中穿越浅埋破碎富水地质环境情况屡见不鲜。此类地质情况施工过程拱顶下沉、塌方、突泥涌水等现象时有发生,且云南滇西地区受地形、复杂环境影响,线路选线难免存在诸多无法避开的不利因素给隧道施工带来极大挑战。本文针对云南浅埋富水地区下关隧道施工进行方案比选,结合实际地质条件针对性提出地表堵水帷幕墙与洞内加固暗挖法综合施工方案。实践证明,该施工方法可在浅埋富水地段、与既有水库和地面水系存在较大关联、含强透水性破碎基岩、对地面沉降变形要求较高的同类暗挖隧道工程中推广使用。
With the rapid planning and construction of Yunnan highways,various types of tunnels are being constructed under special conditions,among which tunneling through shallowly buried,broken and water-rich geological environments is a common occurrence,with sinking vaults,collapses and mud surges occurring during construction in this geological situation.Moreover,the topography and complex environment in the western part of Yunnan Province will inevitably lead to many unfavorable factors that cannot be avoided and bring great challenges to the tunnel construction.This paper conducts a comparison on the construction methods for the Xiaguan Tunnel in the shallow buried water-rich region of Yunnan,and proposes a comprehensive construction method of using surface water blocking curtain wall with in-cavity reinforcement concealed excavation method for construction based on actual geological conditions.After practice,it is proved that this construction method can be promoted in similar concealed tunnel projects with shallow buried water-rich areas,large connection with existing reservoirs and ground water system,strong permeability broken bedrock,and high requirements for ground settlement deformation.
