矿用大功率充电机防爆电控箱结构及散热设计研究 被引量:1

Research on Structure and Heat Dissipation Design of Explosion-proof Electric Control Box of Mine High-power Charger

摘要 根据煤矿用蓄电池车充电机设备使用环境,设计了降压单元与整流单元分箱放置的两箱式充电机。通过对箱体内放置的电器件布置方式、热流密度及温升要求的分析计算,确定了箱体的外形结构形式、尺寸及充电机的散热解决方案。并对箱体进行了压力及热仿真分析,理论上验证了箱体结构及散热方案的正确性。实践证明,采用新式设计的箱体,散性好、电器件使用寿命长,完全满足车辆充电要求。 According to the usage environment of the battery vehicle charger for coal mines,a two-box charger with the step-down unit and the rectifier unit placed in separate boxes is designed.Through the analysis and calculation of the arrangement of electrical components placed in the box,heat flux density and temperature rise requirements,the shape and size of the box and the heat dissipation solution of the charger are determined.The pressure and thermal simulation analysis of the box is carried out,and the correctness of the box structure and heat dissipation scheme is theoretically verified.Practice has proved that the newly designed box has good dispersion and long service life of electrical components,which fully meets the requirements of vehicle charging.
