摘要
为提升回采工作面采煤机生产效率及控制系统自动化程度,构建一种集成传感器监测、电子罗盘及PID控制等采煤机姿态控制系统。在分析采煤机结构及姿态影响因素集成上,对采煤机姿态控制系统整体架构、姿态监测及控制方式等进行详细分析,并在3601综采工作面MG2×200/500-WD上进行工程应用。结果表明,构建的采煤机姿态控制系统运行平稳,可降低采煤机割煤期间人工干预频率,提升采煤机姿态自适应调节能力及自动化控制程度。
In order to improve the shearer production efficiency and control system automation,a shearer attitude control system with integrated sensor monitoring,electronic compass and PID control was constructed.Based on the analysis of shearer structure and attitude factors,the overall structure,attitude monitoring and control mode of shearer attitude control system are analyzed in detail,and the engineering application is carried out on 3601 fully mechanized mining face MG2×200/500-WD.The results show that the built attitude control system of shearer runs smoothly,reduces the frequency of manual intervention during the shearer cutting,and improves the attitude adaptive adjustment ability and automatic control degree of shearer.
