摘要 海上浮式风电装备已经逐步成为深远海新能源开发的热点。但浮式风电商业化开发仍面临一系列技术难点和挑战。本文系统梳理了海上浮式风电装备设计分析关键技术,从总体性能分析、结构整体强度、系泊系统设计、疲劳强度分析、稳性校核、动态电缆设计6个方面,提出了解决思路和分析方法;结合国内浮式风电平台的实际工程案例,给出有益结论和建议。对我国浮式风电装备开发进行了很好的工程探索和实践,以期为我国漂浮式风电技术的发展壮大提供有益参考。 Floating offshore wind turbine equipment has gradually become a hot topic in the development of deep-sea renewable energy.However,there are still a series of technical difficulties and challenges in the commercialization of floating offshore wind turbine.This study systematically combs the key technologies for design and analysis of floating offshore wind turbine equipment.The solutions and analysis methods are put forward regarding six aspects including overall performance analysis,structural global strength,mooring system design,fatigue strength analysis,stability check and dynamic cable design.A set of useful conclusions and suggestions are given through the introduction of actual domestic floating offshore wind turbine engineering project.Engineering exploration and practice are carried out on the development of floating offshore wind turbine equipment in China,and it is expected to provide useful reference for the development and expansion of China s floating offshore wind turbine technology.
