摘要 为满足车载用电设备的不断更新对汽车交流发电机调节器性能提出的更高的要求,设计一款汽车交流发电机调节器芯片,通过脉冲宽度调制控制功能来调节电路占空比,解决因调频不稳导致的电压数值上下摆动的问题。为进一步优化汽车调节器性能,在调节器芯片内部电路增设启动电路、基准电压源电路、PWM比较器、短路保护电路、过热保护电路等组合模块。电路芯片采用双极工艺制成,发挥其高速、高跨导、高密度、低功耗等优势。通过电路仿真验证调节器芯片各项参数均满足设计需求。 In order to meet the higher requirements for the performance of automotive alternator regulator due to the continuous updating of on-board electrical equipment,an automotive alternator regulator chip is designed,and the duty cycle of the circuit is adjusted through the PWM control function to solve the problem that the voltage value swings up and down due to unstable frequency modulation.In order to further optimize the performance of the automobile regulator,the internal circuit of the regulator chip is added with combined modules such as the starting circuit,reference voltage source circuit,PWM comparator,short-circuit protection circuit and overheating protection circuit.The circuit chip is made of bipolar technology,which has the advantages of high speed,high transconductance,high density and low power consumption.Through circuit simulation,it is verified that all parameters of the regulator chip meet the design requirements.
