摘要
县域医共体是我国县域公立医疗机构改革实现县域医疗机构一体化管理的表现形式,其对优化县域卫生服务体系和提升基层医疗服务能力具有重要作用。预防性急救体系(SCAN)是在县域医共体模式下,为了推动医疗服务高质量发展,借助数字化改革,通过对居民针对常见的四大类死因疾病进行筛查、确认、干预、网络化管理,进行分层管理、分级诊疗。同时通过对基层相关人员的规范化、同质化培训,提升基层急救能力,提升医共体在急诊急救中发挥的作用。
County medical community is a form of integrated management of county health institutions in the reform of public health institutions in China,which plays an important role in optimizing county health service system and improving primary medical service capacity.Under the mode of county medical community,SCAN(Screen-Confirm-Administration-Net)system is designed to promote the high-quality development of medical services.With the help of digital reform,it carries out hierarchical management and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment through screening,confirmation,intervention and network management of four common causes of death for residents.Meanwhile,through the standardized and homogeneous training of grass-roots health personnel,the capacity of grass-roots first aid can be improved,and the role of medical community in emergency can be enhanced.
