摘要
目的 :观察MEBT MEBO对重度烧伤病人的治疗效果。方法 :对 5 8例特重度烧伤病人创面处理全程应用MEBT MEBO ,结合全身综合治疗。结果 :5 8例特重度烧伤病人全部治愈 ,深Ⅱ度创面不留疤痕 ,浅Ⅲ度创面不需植皮 ,四肢无畸形及功能障碍。结论 :MEBT
Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating extraordinarily severe burn. Method: 58 cases of extraordinarily severe burn were treated in the whole course with MEBT/MEBO in conjunction with systemic comprehensive treatment. Results: All the patients were cured. No scar left for deep 2 nd degree wounds and no skin grafting needed for superficial 3 rd degree wounds. No deformation and dysfunction of four limbs occurred. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO has significant efficacy in treating extraordinarily severe burn.
