摘要
目的:研究跟腱外伤患者行核磁共振成像技术(MRI)诊断的价值。方法:选择2019年6月~2020年8月本院收治的100例跟腱外伤患者,所有患者入院后均采用CT检查与MRI检查,以手术病理检查作为诊断金标准,对两种检查方法的确诊率、误诊率、漏诊率等情况进行观察,并对不同程度跟腱撕裂的MRI表现进行分析。结果:通过对两组患者采用不同方法检查后,结果显示在确诊率方面,MRI检查确诊率(96.00%)高于CT检查(88.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);误诊率及漏诊率方面,MRI检查分别为3.00%、1.00%,均低于CT检查的8.00%、4.00%。对完全性跟腱撕裂者,MRI图像表现为不规则形态、广泛性增粗、连续性中断,T1WI、T2WI的信号较混杂;慢性跟腱内局限撕裂者,MRI有持续性高信号影、腱内细长等表现,T1WI的信号稍低;不完全性跟腱撕裂者,有肌腱增粗的MRI表现,T1WI、T2WI的高信号呈局限性。结论:临床中在对跟腱外伤患者进行诊断时,影像学检查是主要方法,CT、MRI均在临床中比较常用,而两种影像学检查技术的检查结果相比,MRI检查结果准确性更高,能够实现尽早为患者明确病情及疾病分类,为早期治疗提供了可靠依据,有利于患者预后的改善。
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in patients with achilles tendon trauma.Methods:Data collection of 100 patients with achilles tendon trauma admitted to this hospital from June 2019 to August 2020,so the patients were examined by CT and MRI after admission.Using surgical pathological examination as the diagnostic gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy,misdiagnosis rate,and missed diagnosis rate of the two examination methods were observed,and the MRI manifestations of achilles tendon tears of different degrees were analyzed.Observe and analyze the MRI findings of different degrees of achilles tendon tears.Results:After examining the two groups of patients with different methods,the results showed that in terms of the diagnosis rate,the diagnosis rate of MRI examination(96.00%)was higher than that of CT examination(88.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The misdiagnosis rate and In terms of missed diagnosis rates,MRI examinations were 3.00%and 1.00%,respectively,which were lower than CT examinations of 8.00%and 4.00%.For patients with complete achilles tendon tears,MRI images show irregular shapes,extensive thickening,and continuous interruption.The signals on T1WI and T2WI are mixed;For patients with chronic Achilles tendon tears,MRI has persistent high signal shadows.Tendon slenderness and other manifestations,T1WI signal is slightly lower;Incomplete Achilles tendon tear,MRI manifestations of tendon thickening,T1WI,T2WI high signal is limited.Conclusion:In clinical diagnosis of achilles tendon trauma patients,imaging examination is the main method.CT and MRI are both commonly used in clinical practice.Compared with the examination results of the two imaging examination techniques,MRI examination results are more accurate.It is possible to clarify the condition and disease classification for patients as soon as possible,provide a reliable basis for early treatment,and improve the prognosis of patients.
