摘要
分析氨合成塔异常工况的原因,对比了3种改造方案,确定采用DC-C型氨合成塔。介绍了DC-C型氨合成塔相关参数及内部气体流程,该合成塔投用后氨产量由32.15 t/h提高至44.00 t/h,技术改造达到预期效果,经济效益明显。
The reasons for the abnormal condition of ammonia converter were analyzed.Compared with the other two technical modifications,DC-C type ammonia converter was determined to be applied.This paper introduced the parameters of DC-C type ammonia converter and the flow path of the gas in it.The output of the ammonia synthetic plant was increased from 32.15 t/h to 44.00 t/h after the new ammonia converter was put into operation.The technology modification had achieved the expected effect with obvious economic benefits.
